Thank you for your interest in lasers made by Spectrum International, Inc. The company was founded in 1996 by George I. Bekov, Ph.D., internationally acclaimed researcher and an expert in the fields of optics, lasers and laser spectroscopy. 

Initially, Spectrum set its focus on optimization of commercial excimer laser systems designed for laser eye correction (LASIK). Thanks to the skills of laser eye surgeons of  The Society for the Advancement of Laser Technology and laser improvements and services by Spectrum International, Inc., more than 20,000 patients were able to enhance their vision to higher level than an average in LASIK industry that time.

With the beginning of new Millennium, a design and manufacture of diode lasers for dentistry became a major business of Spectrum International, Inc. Our lasers didn’t comprise coffee-maker, internet browser and other bells and whistles because we wanted them to be just dentists’ working horses, user friendly and very reliable. Since 2000, we have made more than 3,500 diode dental lasers of different models and wavelengths, which were mainly sold through our distributors.
